This Agreement serves as a master agreement and applies to Customer’s purchases from MSP, of services (“Services”), as well as licenses for software, hardware, support and maintenance services, and/or subscription services (collectively, “Product”).

The term of this contract is 12 months and renews automatically each year. There is a 90-day written notice required for termination of this contract.
